Livermore, CA – The Produce Exchange, has announced the official launch of www.emerilsproduce.com. The new site reflects Chef Emeril’s commitment to bringing the most flavorful produce to his fans. Ease of navigation makes the site the source and center for products, recipes and information on fresh produce.


When people think of Emeril,” said Sam Jones, President of The Produce Exchange, “they think of great tasting food, information and of course fun. Our new website was designed in that spirit of informing consumers while still retaining the approachability of Emeril.


The site has several features for the Emeril consumer highlighting the entire line of Emeril’s Gourmet Produce.


Produce your way

Products section includes descriptions, helpful information on how to store and handle the Emeril’s Gourmet Produce. From Salads to Herbs to tomatoes, consumers learn from the Chef how to best handle and prepare these fresh from the field gems. “Did you know?” tips and information about an item and of course “Storage and Handling” sections so each produce item will last and last.


What’s for dinner?

The new website includes exclusive recipes from Chef Emeril virtually guaranteeing the consumer experience with Emeril’s Gourmet Produce is a great one. Formulated specifically for Emeril’s brand produce, these recipes kick up a meal to notches unknown.


What’s in season?

Consumers can always find what is best in the market under the “It’s in Season” section. With a monthly featurette, “It’s in Season” lets consumers know what the freshest produce in the market is throughout the year.

In 2005, he received the “Distinguished Service Award” from Wine Spectator for his significant and long-lasting contributions to the wine industry. In 2006, he was inducted into the MenuMasters Hall of Fame by Nation’s Restaurant News. In September 2002, Emeril established the Emeril Lagasse Foundation to support and encourage programs creating developmental and educational opportunities for children.
