About Emeril's Homebase
Located on the historic St. Charles Avenue street car line, and in heart of the warehouse district of New Orleans, Louisiana, Emeril's Homebase is home to the corporate offices of Chef Emeril Lagasse.
Emeril's Homebase houses nearly 60 employees. These employees oversee restaurant management and operations, customer relations, accounting services, human resources, marketing and public relations, culinary writing and culinary test kitchen staffing, emerils.com merchandising, information technologies, warehousing and shippng, and web development.
About Pride of San Juan
The success of the agricultural industry on California’s central coast was accomplished by the hard work and innovative spirit of the area’s first farming families. Stephen Wyrick, founder and president of Pride of San Juan, comes from one such family. Capitalizing on the more than 100 years and 5 generations of farming experience collected by his family, Stephen has built one of the fastest growing gourmet lettuce, herb and produce businesses today. About The Produce Exchange
Drawing on a rich farming heritage reaching back to Tuscany, the Mazzanti family established their farm in the fertile soil of Northern California. During WW II, the family expanded their farm to support the needs of the community. Realizing a long held vision Martin Mazzanti founded The Produce Exchange in 1979, based on generations of knowledge and a singular devotion to creating a distinctive fresh produce experience. Today, The Produce Exchange has a passion for fresh produce that has resulted in a reputation for great products and service. The Produce Exchange also pioneered FACT, a proprietary taste testing process that insures that only produce with the best flavor makes it to market. They are the exclusive seller, marketer and distributor of Emeril's Gourmet Produce.
