Our operation surpasses all field sanitation requirements and initiatives set forth by state and federal guidelines. Frequent 3rd party audits compliment and confirm regular in-house reviews. We have adopted the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and conduct regular food safety analysis of our farms, plants and environments.
